Martha Schneiderman has been an attorney since 1991 and has over 20 years experience in all areas of Family Law.  Ms. Schneiderman has extensive experience litigating child custody and visitation, relocation, paternity, domestic violence and child neglect and abuse matters, and termination of parental rights as well as divorce cases. 

 

Most recently, Ms. Schneiderman was Deputy Director of Trials and Training at The Children’s Law Center where she trained attorneys and oversaw the representation of children in the New York City Family Courts and the Integrated Domestic Violence parts of the Supreme Court and developed training programs for staff and outside agencies. Prior to this, she was a criminal defense attorney with The Bronx Defenders and The Legal Aid Society.
